∎ Experience in conducting factory audits and managing compliance programs in RMG industry/sector.
∎ Additional certifications in compliance, auditing, or related areas are highly preferred. Must have training on CSR/Compliance.
∎ Proficiency in English both reading & writing also speaking.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experience is required of the applicants: RSC, Sustainability, Social Compliance, Corporate Responsibility, Labor Law and Environmental AuditCandidates having experience in EPZ factories will get preference.
∎ Must be expertise in Social Compliance, Labor Law & Regulations, Factory Act, Fire Act, ILO agreements, USA & Europe Brand’s Code and conduct related to RMG and textile industry protocols is required.
∎ Need to be up to date with the latest sustainability trends, best practices, and textile processes.
∎ Have ability to determine non conformity, take appropriate action to rectify noncompliance issues, and provide a sustainable solution.
∎ Effective interpersonal, influencing, listening, organizational, presentation, decision-making and time management skill.
∎ Need to ensure all Compliance, CSR & Sustainability relevant activity in Global Supply Chain according to local law and company policy & standards.
∎ Conduct meetings and visits to facilities for compliance monitoring, remediation or training.
∎ Manage supply chain mapping and traceability.§ Regular visit to the factories and ensure Sustainability, Compliance and Health-Safety requirements.
∎ Responsible for performing internal audit follow-up audit on Ethical Standards, Buyers Code of Conduct, SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, ICS, CTPAT, HIGG, FSLM/SLCP, BW, ISO, Safety Issues.
∎ Communicate with factory's Compliance team and need to check the status.
∎ Excellent communication abilities and fluency in English (written and verbal)
