Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and interpret HIPAA regulations and guidelines changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
∎ Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs related to HIPAA compliance.
∎ Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential areas of risk and non-compliance.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and develop practical solutions.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities and incidents.
∎ Serve as the main point of contact for HIPAA-related inquiries and concerns.
∎ Lead efforts to educate employees about HIPAA regulations and the importance of compliance.
∎ Stay current with industry best practices and evolving compliance trends.
∎ Maintain policy of ISO 9001/ 27001
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the nuances of handling sensitive patient data.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Proven track record of successfully ensuring compliance within an organization.
