Job Context:
∎ The is responsible for the development and implementation of social (BSCI )and environmental compliance at the Etam suppliers. This involves supporting the suppliers by providing them with training and preparing for audits and to follow up Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). The Compliance Coordinator/officer is also responsible for providing the business teams with training and support to integrate S&E compliance in the core business.

∎ Reporting to :Head of Sustainable Development and Responsible Sourcing, Etam Group , Hong Kong /China, Country Manager Bangladesh office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage EIS suppliers compliance according to ETAM Group procedures
∎ Work with direct manager (Hong Kong /china ) and Country Mgrs on strategy and goal setting.
∎ Coordinate with auditors and arrange BSCI audits according to audit plan.
∎ Monitoring and follow up suppliers' corrective action plan (CAPs).
∎ Work with business team to drive supplier improvement
∎ Perform assessments at new suppliers prior to start up
∎ Develop and perform training to suppliers and business teams
∎ Create and develop communication and process descriptions in Chinese
∎
