Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA from any reputed University.
∎ PGD in Social & Technical Compliance from any reputed institution will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, Garments, Social Compliance, technical competencies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for conducting and supervising all required technical audits.
∎ Also have to supervise and lead the social compliance team.
∎ Sound knowledge about sewing machine operating & different type of Sample make.
∎ Good knowledge about time animations study, capacity etc.Technical support to the technician, supervisor & mechanics.
∎ Provide assistance for Coordination with compliance and sourcing team in different hub office globally.
∎ Responsible for communication with different brands, suppliers, factories, 3rd party audit firms.
∎ Provide assistance for updating approved factory list, SAP, audit list etc.
∎ Responsible for preparing and maintaining various reports including (but not limited to) factory forecasting, factory scorecard, factory category and audit grading with reports.
∎ Responsible for preparing different monthly reports using power-point and MS Excel
∎ Establish achievable remediation deadlines for each non-compliance with the factory. Monitor their progress including reestablishing timelines if needed.
∎ Monitor and prepare different status reports for industries in a timely fashion and keep track of global trends.
∎ Well familiar with ACCORD / ALLIANCE, SEDEX (SMETA), BSCI, ICS requirement.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/given.
∎ Arrange monthly meetings, discuss & update new and upcoming issues & set goals for compliance, technical, supplier compliance audit network state.
∎ And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success.
∎ Good interpersonal skill.
∎ Good operating knowledge in computer applications.
∎ Must be fluent in spoken & written English.

Salary: Negotiable
