Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep follow up over all relevant audit issues.
∎ Communicate audit status and report
∎ Conduct audit as per plan/ schedule
∎ Capacity building, guideline and provide support to the factories for further improvement and meet the buyer requirements
∎ Monitor the factory compliance level as per plan & guidance.
∎ Communication and update of status to the concern buyer if suggested by the department Head
∎ Document all audit plans and assist the auditors to prepare reports according to the buyer requirement.
∎ Conduct Social, Environmental and safety audits to nominated garment factories according to the standard set forth
∎ Follow up and monitor all corrective actions plan (CAP).
∎ Efficiently maintain compliance database and record keeping.
∎ Capacity building of the vendors/ Suppliers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in European (fashion) brand office.
∎ English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is must
∎ Must have knowledge on Product Costing & Sourcing
∎ Self motivated with good time management, competency to drive the team to achieve company goals.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility
