∎ Extensive professional knowledge on community dynamics, leadership structure, cultural sensitivity and inclusivity for promoting an enabling environment and responsiveness.
∎ Good background and skills in facilitating training, workshops, coaching, and mentoring others.
∎ Have vast experience in the field of life skills/soft skills, employability skills and socio emotional behavior with special focus on manual design.
∎ Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and support unexpected tasks.
∎ Should have work experience in concerned division and local level language proficiency for ensuring better communication with beneficiaries.
∎ Report writing; analyze data for decision making and participation.

∎ Samahar is a leading institute that conducts large-scale research with funding from the Government of Bangladesh, the World Bank, ADB, JICA, and various development partners. Samahar is inviting applications for the position of Emotional Behavior Expert from eligible Bangladeshi talented for the “Economic Acceleration and Resilience for NEET Project (EARN)”. The Emotional Behavior Expert will plan, direct and run the day to day activities as well as strong skills and experience in maintain good working relationships with government officials, Ministries, Development Partners as well as divisional, district-level and Upzilla–level authorities and operations to drive the organization's priority of enhancing the productivity and sustainability while ensuring the client focused environment and standard of quality. Lead the team by motivating them to their goals & support them in identifying their improvement areas & coach them to enhance their skill/capacity. Female applicant will get preference.
