∎ Proven experience as a Commercial Process Follow-Up Manager in the garments or textile industry.
∎ In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and export processes.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficiency in using commercial software and tools.
∎ Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
∎ Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the end-to-end commercial processes related to garment / textile exports, including order confirmation, documentation, and shipping.
∎ Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination and adherence to commercial timelines.
∎ Review and verify commercial documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
∎ Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth movement of goods through the export process.
∎ Monitor and follow up on payment collections, working closely with the finance department to ensure timely receipt of payments from clients.
∎ Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
∎ Resolve any commercial disputes or issues that may arise during the export process, working with internal teams and external partners to find timely resolutions.
∎ Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and ensure the company's compliance with relevant laws and standards.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and service providers to enhance the efficiency of commercial operations.
∎ Train and mentor team members on best practices in commercial process management.
