Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Planning, Marketing and Budgeting while adhering to Company SOP
∎ Managing and controlling operations within the set financial boundaries.
∎ On-time documentation, on-time delivery & ensuring cross functional stability between Manufacturers / Shipping agents.
∎ Analysis of weekly sales values across all accounts.
∎ Controlling the order cycle. Managing LC terms, limit discrepancies & arranging consolidation of shipments.
∎ Creating reports of all shipments, including payment, destination, and other aspects to be presented at monthly board meetings/Logistics KPI Dashboard
∎ Conducting crime and loss investigations on missing stock and loads.
∎ Constant follow up on Performance reviews.
∎ Researching, recommending, and implementing new and improved routing of freight to gain efficiency, reduce transit times and save cost.
