Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ 3rd Class/Division or CGPA below 2.25 out of 4.00 or CGPA below 2.82 out of 5.00 in any examination will not be allowed
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To contact the borrowers on regular basis to collect the due payments.
∎ Attending customers and meeting their queries regarding liabilities & payments.
∎ To visit delinquent borrowers/guarantors and/or other relevant areasto regularize the accounts.
∎ Communicate the customers through e-mail and letters.
∎ Updating client information in MIS and keep records.
∎ Achieving the monthly collection target set by the department/division.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in similar field will get preference but not mandatory.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel/ E-mail handling etc.)
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Flexible about working hours & official visit, result driven and able to work independently to achieve assigned target.
Salary: Tk. 18000 (Monthly)
