∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Design Technology from any reputed institution.
∎ Candidates from Shanta Mariam, BUFT or BUTEX will get preference.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Graphics Designing,Adobe Illustrator,Adobe Photoshop
∎ Skills Required: Fashion Designing, Graphics Design, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching current fashion trends and determining what consumers will like.
∎ Collaborating with the design team to develop ideas for new products based on research data.
∎ Designing sketches for new products with a design team.
∎ Responsible for designing and developing a wide range of knit products for the company.
∎ Creating ideas and producing designs by hand or using Computer-aided Design (CAD) / CLOS.
∎ Strong fashion awareness, updated with the emerging fashion trends and product directions relating to fabrics, colors and shapes.
∎ Understanding designs from a technical perspective, i.e., producing patterns and technical specifications for designs.
∎ Developing patterns that are made into garments and supervising the creation of these, including fitting, detailing, and adaptations.
∎ Conduct research, sourcing and support merchandising teams with developing overall design collection and assigned projects.
∎ Should be able to do the risk assessment and feasibility analysis of a product based on the company’s strength and capability.
∎ Maintain all sort of technical data of design/sample development so that merchandising team gets all info prior to costing the garments.
∎ Sourcing, selecting and buying fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments.
∎ Should be able to showcase samples, and organize showrooms based on customers' portfolios.
∎ Any other related job assigned by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Candidate should have good knowledge of adobe illustrator, adobe Photoshop.
∎ Candidates must have expertise in CLO-3D.
