- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business management, preferably in hospitality, wellness, or premium lifestyle services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends for events or client needs.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales and marketing to lead Renue’s growth and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing premium service businesses, driving revenue growth, building partnerships, and overseeing marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across offline channels.
- Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, influencers, and high-value customers.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional client experience and service quality.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular business performance reports for management.
- Manage budgets for marketing, events, and promotional activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front desk, sales, and client relations teams.
- Collaborate with wellness experts to design attractive service packages and promotions.
- Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate functions.
