Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
∎ Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage
∎ Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
∎ Build quality assurance and data protection processes
∎ Monitor KPls and IT budgets to assess technological performance
∎ Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
∎ Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs of the company.
∎ Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
∎ Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
∎ Acting as a mentor to team members and providing training to technical staff.
∎ Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to market.
∎ Managing technology budgets and time frames.
∎ Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Eight to fifteen years experience in software development roles followed by an information technology management role; three years in management or leadership role in Software Development, project management, software analysis, database design, software architecture design in a reputed software company/ payment gateway/ IT Company
∎ Skills Required: Experience with technologies relevant to fintech industry: PHP, Laravel, VueJS, MySQL, NodeJS, Typescript, MongoDB, jQuery, Angular, Apache, Linux, C#, GitHub, Agile Scrum, Database Administration, and Microservice.
∎ Possession of Professional Certifications (i.e. PMP/PRlNCE2 Foundation/ PRINCE2 Practitioner, Zend Certification, PHP Framework - LaraveI Certifications, Web & Data Security, Software Design & Architecture, Tensor Flow Developer Certificate, CEPP-Certified Expert in Python, Cisco certified network associate (CCNA) etc.) will be a key added advantage.
