Job Context:
∎ ERP Knowledge is a must
∎ Knowledge of emerging technology: Blockchain, Video Manage System (VMS), Artificial Intelligence, highly scalable cloud-based software, Chat Bot Work Flow etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
∎ Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
∎ Help departments use technology profitably.
∎ Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
∎ Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
∎ Monitor KPIs for Development Team members.
∎ Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
∎ Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
∎ Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
∎ Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Leadership and organizational abilities.
∎ Practical experience building web applications using Java/J2EE technologies including JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, JMS, and JSON, Apache Offbiz, Docker.
∎ Sound knowledge of MySQL, ORACLE
∎ Project Management Tools: JIRA,
∎ Source Code Repository: GIT/ GIT LAB
∎ Strategic thinking
∎ Problem-solving aptitude
