Job Responsibilities:
∎ Network setup and trouble shooting.
∎ Various IT system installation, configuration and maintain back up processes.
∎ Software deployment at client side, configure it and trouble shooting at system level.
∎ Writing shell/cmd script for various Knowledge.
∎ Working with windows server and Linux server (FTP, SFTP, TEMP Server).
∎ Give application support to our clients.
∎ Should have knowledge on firewall policies, ACL's and hands on experience on configuring, trouble-shooting & maintaining Firewall devices (CISCO-ASA, Juniper, Cyberoam and Fortigate Firewall).
∎ Must have clear knowledge and experience in Routing (BGP, OSPF and other dynamic routing protocols) and switching (VLAN, Trunk, STP etc) on different platform (CISCO, Force10 and Mikrotik would be preferable).
∎ Should have strong knowledge and experience on configuring and trouble-shooting different types of VPN (IPSec, GRE, EOIP and PPTP).
∎ Candidate should be Expert on ISP related troubleshooting.
∎ Knowledge on mailing system would be preferable.
∎ Vendor certifications (CCNA, RHCE , MTCNA etc) would also be given preference.
∎ Administrate of IP Network (LAN & WAN).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 - 5 years of experience in Systems and Network Administration.
∎ Linux Server system administration experience in Red-hat- 6 -7, Ubuntu-14.
∎ Windows Client system administration experience in Windows 7/8.1/10 experience.
∎ Configure and maintain Windows and Linux operating systems and system software, and provide hardware, backup and recovery, system monitoring, disaster recovery, security, audit, capacity, and tool support. Additional responsibilities include Database Administration, VMware virtualization and Network Security professional.
∎ Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls.
∎ Independent problem solving; self-directed, self-starting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should have broad technical knowledge of current and emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies used both within the corporate infrastructure and in delivering customer-facing services.
∎ Understanding in writing SQL-Mysql queries for both commercial and open source database solutions.
∎ Experience in a mid-to-large environment Loadbalancing multiple Server and related services (group policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
∎ Experience with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support and optimization of all VMware and Windows associated hardware, software, and services as require basis.
∎ Contribute knowledge and updated information to maintain the Help Desk ticketing systems and training manuals for Tier I support.
∎ Configuration and troubleshooting of MikroTik routers, Cisco switch & routers.
∎ Monitor/analyze system performance and security, and provide & implement recommendations to make improvements as necessary.
