Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for creating marketing content as well as plan & execute marketing campaigns.
∎ Collect market information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
∎ Deliver product Knowledge to relevant customer.
∎ Accommodate new and different demands from customers/partners and actively develop strategies to meet them
∎ Close new business deals by assessing requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
∎ Responsible for business communication with local and International partners.
∎ Develop negotiating strategies and market positions by examining risks and potentials and estimating partners' needs and goals
∎ Monitor & follow-up the individual, monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
∎ Develop strong business relationship with key customer and visit the market on a regular basis.
∎ Multitasking and having the ability to work under pressure
∎ Achieve quarterly and annual sales target and responsible for formulating business plan
∎ Use personal network and experience to win projects from each product market segment
∎ And give concerted effort on development of major account business
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be target oriented, dynamic and confident
∎ Should have representative attitude and prompt in communication
∎ Must have confidence and the ability to be persuasive and assertive Negotiating Skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal and oral and written English communication skills
∎ Only experienced in ICT field should apply (It is strongly recommended)
∎ Good project and time management skills
∎ Very good ICT product & Software knowledge
∎ Good consulting skills, analytical and research expertise and business knowledge to identify trends and competitive/market responses and develop recommendations
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication and Leadership skills
∎ Excellent PR ability
∎ Must have a professional appearance with challenging attitude towards job
∎ Computer literacy is must
∎ Must be a team player, result oriented, smart personality and friendly attitude
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast working environment
∎ Good Presentation Skill
∎ Proposal writing and documentation skill are very much important.
