Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for all masterbatch related works.
- Develop different shades of Masterbatch and filler as per customer demand
- Recipe development for manufacturing cost-effective and quality product
- Assist production department for manufacturing quality product. Communicate with sourcing and QC department to source cost-effective raw-materials
- Need to go for customer trial.
- Any work assigned by higher authority.
