Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Computer Science & Engineering or related field is preferable.
∎ Possession of Professional Certifications (i.g. PMP, PMI-PBA, MCITP etc.) will be a key added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Software Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the entire tech team and coordinating works among the team members,
∎ Conducting extensive research on leading-edge technologies and making determinations on the probability of implementation,
∎ Developing technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals,
∎ Should have deep knowledge in different software development language including HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular JS, PHP, Python, WordPress, MySQL, IOS, Android etc.
∎ Ensuring completion of tasks of team members and meeting deadlines,
∎ Strategizing and specializing in different parts of IT spectrums in the company,
∎ Understanding client’s requirements and taking prompt steps to deliver the same in due time
∎ Constant search for innovation and integrating those in real,
∎ Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
∎ Ensuring implementation of the IT polices and systems set by the management,
∎ Monitoring team member’s performances and interviewing, hiring new members for the team,
∎ Analyzing the technical requirements of all departments
∎ Supervising system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency,
∎ Building quality assurance and data protection processes,
∎ Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Understanding of budgets and business-planning
∎ Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

Salary:
∎ Yearly Salary Tk. 12,00,000.00 - 18,00,000.00
