Job Context:
∎ A Leading Software Development Company is looking for Chief Technical Officer (CTO) for their Organization.
∎ A Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business.
∎ The incumbent need to lead the entire IT infrastructure, Datacenter Management & Software implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is the senior most person responsible for overseeing an organization's technology strategy, vision, and direction. The CTO is usually responsible for a wide range of technical aspects of an organization, including but not limited to:
∎ Technology Strategy: Developing and implementing the organization's technology strategy. This involves identifying new technologies, researching emerging trends, and recommending new systems and infrastructure to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
∎ Technical Innovation: Encouraging and promoting innovation within the organization by identifying and implementing new technologies, tools, and practices that can enhance the organization's operations and growth, Use of AI & ML in the organization.
∎ Technical Architecture: Developing and maintaining the technical architecture of the organization, including hardware, software, and networking infrastructure, to ensure it is scalable, secure, and efficient.
∎ Technical Operations: Managing the day-to-day technical operations of the organization, including IT, software development, engineering, and technical support teams with global standard.
∎ Data Security: Ensuring the security of the organization's data by implementing the appropriate security measures to protect sensitive information.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborating with other executives and managers to ensure that technology solutions align with the overall business strategy.
∎ Budgeting and Resource Management: Developing and managing the technology budget and allocating resources for projects and initiatives.
∎ Talent Management: Recruiting, managing, and retaining top technical talent and fostering a culture of learning and development within the technical team.
∎ Help departments use technology profitably
∎ Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
∎ Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
∎ Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
∎ Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
∎ Overall, the CTO plays a critical role in ensuring that an organization's technology capabilities support its strategic objectives, enhance its operations, and position it for growth and success in the long term.
∎ Lead as a Data Center and Disaster Recovery (DR) Architecture.
∎ Reviewing service-related reports (like-database backups, maintenance, monitoring) on a daily basis to ensure service-related issues are identified and resolved within established SLAs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
∎ Exceptional team management skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication.
∎ Ability to delegate efficiently.
∎ Extensive industry knowledge with an eye toward the future.
