Job Description: A 100% Export Oriented Readymade Garments Factory and Joint-Venture with Japan-Bangladesh is seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Sewing Technician to join our team of garment professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sewing, extensive experience in garment construction, and a proven track record of leading and managing a team of sewing technicians. As the Chief Sewing Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sewing process, ensuring quality control, and providing technical support and training to our sewing team.
Location: Chandona, Noljani, Gazipur.
Lead and manage a team of sewing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality garment production.
Develop and implement sewing techniques and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications throughout the sewing process.
Troubleshoot sewing machine issues and provide technical assistance to resolve problems.
Collaborate with design and production teams to translate design concepts into finished garments.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in sewing technology.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in the sewing department.
Job Other Benifits:
• Basic USD 2,500, House Rent USD 350 and Conveyance USD 70.
