Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters Degree in Finance/Banking/Marketing/Management/Economics from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must possess working knowledge in all departments of a Bank or Financial Institution's operational activities.
∎ Must be capable of planning, organizing, guiding and controlling operational activities of the Company.
∎ Sound knowledge of credit appraisal, financial statement analysis, borrower selection and project evaluation.
∎ Assessing the credit risk and viability of potential and existing clients and establishing their current credit limit.
∎ Monitoring of loan documentation and transactions.
∎ Ensure compliance related to internal and regulatory policies and procedures.
∎ Monitoring of loan repayment schedule.
∎ Taking necessary action to avoid overdue status of loan.
∎ Coordinate activities with Marketing and other departments
∎ Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 - 10 years working experience in any reputed Bank or Financial Institution with at least 05 years in a senior managerial role in the rank of DGM or equivalent position.
∎
∎ Candidates must possess 2nd class or higher CGPA.
∎ Leadership skills, Team Building Skills, Self Starter, Proven Performer.
∎ Excellent Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Strong Negotiation, Organizational and Problem Solving Skills.
∎ Must be target oriented with a focus to perform.
∎ Ability to work alone or as head of a team.
∎ Manage multiple tasks.
∎ Self motivated and possess initiative.
∎ Computer literate.
