Job Responsibilities:
∎ The COO shall, in particularly perform the following tasks but not necessarily be limited to:
∎ Day-to-day operation and supervise liaison office activities in accordance with business plan of the management and in accordance with local regulation; Manual for the office in Bangladesh (Dhaka); Budgeting for office activities, financial reporting; Coordination of all settlement issues; Management of procedures for quality control of finished products; Control of production processes; Monitoring the work of textile industry auditors; Checking the placement of orders in factories; Organization of ongoing and additional checks of order production; Negotiations with potential friends; Prompt resolution of emerging production and logistics issues; Act to the benefits of the employer; perform his/her rights and obligations in respect of the employer, acting in the reasonable manner and good faith; COO should obligate in any case and under any circumstance to execute his/her functions to the benefits of the employer; S/he should comply with ethics, rules, regulations, code etc. of the fashion market and operational place; S/he should obligate and observe all the internal procedures and schedule of the employer which govern company’s standard operational procedures ; Act on sole representatives and controlling agent of CRO/CEO and expressly obligate to perform any reasonable dues instructed by the competent authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Vast Knowledge of the European Fashion Standards, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Bangladeshi or any other nation. Experience shall be well equipped, modern and computerized textile and garments sector is mandatory. The person should demonstrate strong self-discipline and a passion for technology. Outstanding garment production possesses sound knowledge of his/her trade and superb active listening skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 275000 - 440000 (Monthly)
∎ (Basic salary: TK 275,000-440,000 or equivalent USD 2500 to USD 4000)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ House rent: The company will provide rent-free accommodation with a maximum limit of USD. 2000, Conveyance: The company will provide a full-time car facility with a maximum value of USD. 850 and medical: the employee will get medical insurance with a maximum premium of USD. 500. Cash payment for house rent shall not be admissible in case the company will provide free accommodation
