∎ Minimum 3 years as a Finance and admin manager.Professional Knowledge:
∎ Strong capacity of collaboration & communication with management and stakeholderGood Negotiation Skills;
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in multifaceted situation;
∎ Flexible office timing considering the work load;
∎ Experience in liaison office with previous essential roles to handle office administration;
∎ Extensive understanding of Tax, VAT and Bangladesh Accounting standard;Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
∎ Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure liaison activities are going appropriately;
∎ A solid understanding of all statutory legislation and regulations such as labor law, government policy, Company policy;
∎ Adequate Knowledge about logistic procedure and commercial documentation about export-oriented company;·
∎ Able to drafting of office notice, rental agreement, purchase order and all other contract.
∎ IT and Languages Skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain a computerized system of accounting.
∎ Maintain the operations of the treasury.
∎ Manage the preparation of the company's budget and forecasting.
∎ Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
∎ Send period report to the management such as Forecasting, cash flow positions, received payment statement, financial position.
∎ Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational cost of liaison office.
∎ Vast knowledge about the terms of export and import, including overseeing logistics and shipping.
∎ International trade laws and regulations, including trade restrictions, tariffs, and customs regulations.
∎ Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers, lawyer, consultants and statutory organizations.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic report to various government agencies such as central bank, BIDA, Tax office, VAT office.
∎ Efficiently deduct Tax at source (TDS) and VAT at source (VDS) from suppliers, contractor, employees and service providers.
∎ Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
∎ Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out timely and accurately.
∎ Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements.
∎ submitting information for budget preparation.
∎ scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs.
∎ analyzing variances.Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
∎ Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, monitoring, and disciplining employees;
∎ Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, meeting room, and kitchen;
∎ Establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules;
∎ Maintains continuity among corporate and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs;
∎ Evaluating and maintaining office systems, such as attendance, leave and discipline;·
∎ Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;·
∎ Issue office order/notice relating to the holiday, disciplinary action and corrective action.
∎ The Manager (Finance & Administration) shall, in particularly perform the following tasks but not necessarily be limited to:
∎ Financial:
