Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop policies and procedures for sales, marketing, credit management and organizational activities which reflect ethical fundraising practices.
∎ Analyze and assess new and emerging policy, program and legislative initiatives from forum, IDCOL and governments for their impact on Bengal Renewable Energy Ltd.
∎ Support, advice and coach to develop leadership capabilities, strategy execution, managing change, and organization design.
∎ Provides support for continuous development and feedback tools, processes, and policies
∎ Lead approaches to enable the organization to develop talent and to establish good management practices.
∎ Lead the procurement team for sourcing the best products in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
∎ Provide support, guidance and co-operation to the accounts and operation team to develop an effective ABP
∎ Develop business strategy to gain competitive advantage in the Renewable Energy Industry
∎ Provide thoughts for continuous improvement of existing business tools, techniques and resources
∎ Guide and co-operate to communicate with IDCOL regarding disbursement submission, payment schedule, security package, training support, audit report etc.
∎ Guide for other potential RE business with IDCOL.
∎ Support to develop strategies to generate new business opportunities.
∎ Provide support, guidance and lead to identify prospective customer, retain old customer and provide excellent quality customer service.
∎ Provide guideline to develop marketing & communication tools for both established and new customers and to search new sales opportunity to gain competitive market opportunities.
∎ Provide guideline to establish potential projects in the area of Mini Grid Solar and Irrigation Solar Pump Project
∎ Develop policies and procedures for overall business activities and analyze policy implementation results
∎ Provide guideline and develop strategy for continuous improvement in overall business activities.
∎ Provide guideline and support to develop ABP in most efficient way
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 12 years work experience preferably in the field of marketing of solar based and solar related products.
∎ Must be a person of high integrity.
∎ Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire the workforce
∎ Must possess the capacity to develop appropriate partnerships and create and maintain a good networking channel among stakeholders.
Salary: Negotiable
