Job Responsibilities:
∎ GENERAL SUMMARY:
∎ Ensures consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
∎ Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and ensure profitability of renewable energy related projects & products.
∎ CORE FUNCTIONS:
∎ Collaborates with sales team in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company and to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
∎ Project development, management and implementation of renewable energy related projects.
∎ Tender based projects development & documentation with ensuring proper execution.
∎ Performing in electrical designing of renewable energy related projects.
∎ Capable to perform all duties smoothly in terms of Mega- scale solar system implementation.
∎ Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
∎ Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff with the close collaboration of HR department.
∎ Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
∎ Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
∎ Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams and Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
∎ Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
∎ Reviews expenses and recommends economies.
∎ Any other relevant duties assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in MW scale solar project design & Installation with off grid solar & appliances.
∎ Candidate must have the experience in solar water/ Irrigation pump of IDCOL & Govt. projects.
∎ Clear understanding about tender documentation, foreign sourcing and business dealing.
∎ Proficiency in Computer and English language is a must.
∎ Strong interpersonal, communication skill and leadership qualities.
∎ Should have strong analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work independently.
