Job Context:
∎ Fashion Field, the premium fashion brand of Elham Group. We are looking for an experienced person who has experience in E-commerce operation, Garments and Lifestyle Products.
∎ This is a full-time job.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company;
∎ Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits;
∎ Develop excellent business strategies and plans guaranteeing their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives;
∎ Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission;
∎ Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements;
∎ Work closely with the Finance Head to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return;
∎ Work closely with Head of Human Resources (HR), Admin & Compliance regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement, maintain full organization administration control and to ensure compliance as a whole for positive standing of the Group as a whole;
∎ Analyze problematic circumstances and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth;
∎ Partnering with high-level officers Lead and motivate them to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team for positive growth of the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability;
∎ Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders;
∎ Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings;
∎ Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division manager;
∎ Take initiatives to build a performance culture in the company through guidance, coaching and nurturing;
∎ To some extent develop Marketing & Operation strategy for the long-run sustainability to become top chart in Apparel Industry locally and abroad.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years

∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner.
∎ Excellent command over written and spoken English to write resolutions, reports, comprehensive proposals, presentations and conduct telephonic communications as well as excellent communication and public speaking skills.
∎ Must have good command over Computer usage.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision.
∎ Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
∎ Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
∎ An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
∎ Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
