Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Board and other key members of senior management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals, and identify risks, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.
∎ Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
∎ Develop, in collaboration with the CEO, annual, quarterly, and monthly operating plans that support immediate and long term growth.
∎ Set and execute against comprehensive goals for performance.
∎ Build a strong culture of accountability and teamwork among employees.
∎ Create synergistic growth strategies across the team.
∎ Creating Dealers, Distributors, sales partners, local market retailers to establish target achieving methodology for ISP Industry.
∎ Introduce, monitor, and enforces processes and practices to improve efficiency in all areas of ISP Operations.
∎ Ensure operational excellence by spearheading the development, communication and implementation of best in class strategies and processes in the areas of forecasting and planning, sourcing and logistics.
∎ In conjunction with the MD, Directors and CEO develop the company's Annual Operating Plan/Budget including details of projected results, strategies to achieve them, timelines, risks and resources.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and resources designed to accommodate rapid profitable growth and create maximum long-term enterprise value.
∎ Establish and measure key operational performance indicators for the organization and adjust operational tactics to achieve agreed upon performance goals.
∎ Develop quality control systems and processes to deliver optimal performance in all operational areas including production, sourcing and logistics.
∎ Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of the groups target market.
∎ Communicate regularly and effectively and manage relationships with all, including management, employees, vendors, partners, and clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ An ISP Professional from any reputed Nationwide ISP or from any reputed IT enabled service provider.
∎ The applicants must have knowledge in Operation, Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
∎ Proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Strong working knowledge of computer applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Photoshop etc.)
∎ Can-Do attitude with the fighting spirit to take on established competitors
∎ Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or other top team roles in the industry.
∎ Presentable and Outstanding Organizational and Leadership Qualities.
