Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for a dynamic communicator who can effectively work in international telecommunication market and partner with foreign carrier to build trust and ensure the function meets the business objectives. This role is responsible for supporting of sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients. Key areas of focus will include business development strategy creation, focused on financial gain, arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Communicate with clients, market research and campaign for the company in the international market.
- Deliver effective presentation to build interest and understanding of the value opportunity for the new clients.
- Coordinate orders, disconnects and problem resolution with customers. Dealing with customers complaints.
- Work closely with management and other members of staff for creating a dynamic team.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
