Responsibilities & Context:

Arabi Fashion Limited, a reputed knit garments manufacturer under the Bengal Hurricane Group, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and transform its production operations.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing large-scale knitwear fashion operations, improving factory efficiency, optimizing production costs, and leading cross-functional teams with vision and accountability. This leadership role requires someone who can consistently meet shipment and production KPIs while contributing to the long-term operational strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end factory operations from cutting, sewing, and finishing to shipment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

• Oversee inventory and store operations to ensure accurate stock control and uninterrupted supply.

• Collaborate closely with Production, Merchandising, and Compliance teams to meet customer expectations and audit standards.

• Ensure a seamless workflow across departments with a focus on process optimization and accountability.

• Monitor and analyze production KPIs to drive cost-effective, ethical, and timely execution.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment aligned with best practices and compliance.

• Provide hands-on leadership to foster high-performing teams and maintain operational discipline.

• Support top management with strategic insights and initiatives for continuous improvement and sustainable growth.
