Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or Management, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent must be a visionary paper industry person.
∎ He will be the chief budget holder of the division.
∎ He will be responsible to blue print the next 10 years business strategy, growth and footprint.
∎ He will select technology, float tender, scrutinize technical & financial bids, award contract/s.
∎ He will select consultants, form the best team to take the project through construction, erection, commissioning, and commercial production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 56 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the paper industry with exposure to the world's top paper-making technology/machine, and suppliers.
∎ Good knowledge of overall world paper & pulp industry, have headed management of minimum 500 TPD paper plant for minimum5 years.
∎ Worked on the production floor for at least 10 years.
∎ Must have experience in setting up at least 2 green field paper projects.
