Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement a complete, ground-up merchandise strategy for the company.
∎ Develop and implement a merchandise assortment strategy meant to maximize sales and margins.
∎ Serve as a cross-functional leader in the Merchandising, Design, and Product triad to ensure aligned vision and strategy as co-owners of the global line plan
∎ Build, manage and maintain buyer relationships to ensure products are produced with the specified quality standards and delivered on time.
∎ Negotiate pricing and agreements, monitor to ensure profitability.
∎ Establish and track KPIs to ensure all business initiatives are performing and growing as planned or better; adjust strategies as needed. Track and analyze historical and current sales, modify assortment and inventory levels to reflect demand.
∎ Develop and implement pricing strategies.
∎ Lead a team of fulfillment specialists to ensure the efficient distribution of products to satisfy company needs and buyer demand.
∎ Lead a team of fulfillment specialists to ensure product development, understand latest fashion trends, source new yarns and develop customer specific collections.
∎ Lead a team to ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers on day to day merchandising activities and approvals
∎ Continuously update the woven/ denim fabrics, trims, print embroideries, washes and stitch library including technical data and price idea for easy reference
∎ Lead a team about understand the customer requirements and closely work with design team to manage the correct samples within time and quality.
∎ Set priorities, develop a work schedule, and monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information and activities
∎ Production and samples follow up with factories and related procedures
∎ Lead a team to communicate with buyers on day to day merchandising activities and approvals.
∎ Lead a team to prepare the QA files to hand it over on time for both buyer and our QA
∎ Accomplish merchandising cycle (File / Record keeping / Sampling / TNAs / QA file making / Production follow ups / Shipment booking)
∎ Develop a business plan; manage budget and expenditures.
∎ Build long-term relationships with employees, buyers and stakeholders to effectively execute the business strategy. Facilitate and encourage strong communication between the Merchandise Team and all other teams (Merchandising, Business Intelligence, IT, Content, Customer Support, etc.)
∎ Build, manage and coach a high-performing team to execute the plan. Ensure team members have the knowledge and tools to successfully execute their jobs.
∎ Evaluate team members' performance and provide new growth opportunities or correction/adjustment as needed. Establish, manage and help facilitate professional growth plans for team members.
∎ Manage and guide the team's ideas into applicable and effective strategies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Inditex / Best seller/ Uniqlo / American Eagle.
∎ Demonstrated success as a visionary leader. Understand the impact a strong merchandise business can have on the business and have the skills to drive that vision.
∎ Be creative and buyer-focused. Be able to create an amazing byer experience through quality products and merchandise.
∎ Be a self-starter, have high standards and be able to work independently and on a team to meet deadlines. Possess a sense of urgency with proactive identification of opportunities and risks.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and make solid recommendations. Possess the ability to interpret reports, data and results into actionable suggestions that will form the future of the company's business efforts.
∎ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of team members
∎ Strong skills in developing and maintaining effective relationships as well as influencing without authority.
∎ Must be comfortable with change; must show a willingness to grow along with the company and within his/her role.
