Educational Requirements:
∎ A post-graduate from a highly acclaimed public/private local or international university, preferably holding a Masters/MBA in Finance/Accounting, and simultaneously holding FCA/FCMA professional certification. (FCA/FCMA may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate).

∎ At most 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): A minimum of 15+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Planning: Developing and implementing the bank's financial strategies, goals, and plans to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
∎ Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating budgets and financial projections to guide the bank's financial activities and monitor performance against targets.
∎ Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and disclosures that comply with regulatory requirements and provide insights to stakeholders.
∎ Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing financial risks that the bank may face, such as credit, market, liquidity, and operational risks.
∎ Capital Management: Overseeing the bank's capital structure, including determining how much capital is needed to support the bank's operations and regulatory requirements.
∎ Treasury Management: Managing the bank's cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize returns and ensure there are adequate funds to meet obligations.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the bank's financial operations adhere to relevant banking regulations and industry standards.
∎ Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling expenses to improve efficiency and maintain a healthy cost-to-income ratio.
∎ Strategic Financial Decision Making: Collaborating with other executives to make informed decisions on mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other strategic initiatives.
∎ Stakeholders Relations: Interacting with investors, analysts, and stakeholders to provide financial insights and communicate the bank's financial performance.
∎ Audit and Internal Controls: Working with internal and external auditors to ensure strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting.
∎ Financial Technology (Fintech): Assessing and adopting relevant financial technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
∎ Economic Analysis: Analyzing economic trends, interest rates, and market conditions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
∎ In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
∎ Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to strategize and solve problems.
∎ Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
∎ Strong technical skills on Financial Analysis with mathematical orientation.
∎ Age at most 50 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
