Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in CMA or CFA
∎ CMA or CFA or Chartered financial Analyst with Masters/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance) from any public/ reputed private Universities with good academic record.
∎ North South University,BRAC University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,Rajshahi University,University of Dhaka students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Finance, CFA, CMA
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To guide the Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Maintain banking relationship and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
∎ Compares previous year's budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ Track and ensure recovery all accounts payable within and outside the organization.
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ Analyze financial statements
