Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven track record with very good business contacts in Bangladesh as well as overseas.
∎ The person will be in-charge of a team close to 100 people and should have very strong leadership qualities.
∎ He or she will be directly reporting to the board of directors and will be fully responsible for the entire operation
∎ Having knowledge of Merchandising, Production, Production Management, buyer's compliance, cost control and managing a large work force,
∎ Be an excellent communicator

Additional Requirements:
∎ The successful candidate will have 15-plus years in senior management
∎ At least 10 years as General Manager or CEO
∎ Be an excellent communicator

Salary:
