Experience:

• 10 to 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) are an added advantage.

• Age 30 to 50 years

Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction and engineering, including 3-5 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, engineering designs, and project management.
• Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, BIM tools, etc.).

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in creating and maintaining work schedules for multiple projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans.
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation.

Leadership Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities to oversee engineers, subcontractors, and project staff.
• Decision-making skills to solve on-site and design-related issues efficiently.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to identify potential issues in construction projects and implement effective solutions.
• Expertise in risk assessment and contingency planning.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Negotiation skills to handle contracts, suppliers, and partners.

Organizational Skills:

• Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adept at monitoring project progress and reporting to stakeholders.

Other Skills:
