Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare project budget, BOQ review, and cost control reports
Develop project timelines, work schedules, and construction sequencing
Monitor progress against timeline and budget; propose corrective actions
Supervise all on-site construction activities of a multi-storied industrial building
Ensure full compliance with BNBC, RSC, and safety requirements
Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, and contractors
Verify contractor bills, measurements, and material consumption
Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of the project
