Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Real Estate, Resort

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• Membership/Registration with IAB (preferred).

• Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and site coordination.
• Prior experience working on resort and/or hotel, Restaurant projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong sense of design, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality projects will be given priority.

Specific Skills Required (Hotel & Resort Architecture)

• Strong understanding of hospitality design, including guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, pools, and outdoor amenities.
• Ability to develop site-responsive resort layouts considering landscape, views, climate, and sustainability.
• Knowledge of circulation planning for guests, staff, and service zones.
• Experience designing luxury resort ambience using materials, lighting, and spatial aesthetics.
• Ability to produce high-quality 3D visualizations and concept presentations.

• Dhaka & Manikganj / Anywhere in Bangladesh(Project Site)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for hotel and resort facilities.

• Prepare masterplans, floor plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings.

• Create 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for client approval.

• Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape teams.

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design accuracy.

• Prepare BOQs, design reports, project documentation, and presentation materials.

• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and hospitality guidelines.

• Collaborate with management for design development and project decision-making.
