Responsibilities & Context:
Client Acquisition & Retention
- Identify and target potential clients such as architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C customers.
- Visit clients, conduct product demos, and handle technical/product queries.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts effectively.
Lead Management
- Follow up on leads generated via exhibitions, digital campaigns, and referrals.
- Maintain a pipeline using CRM tools and update progress regularly.
Site Visits and Surveys
- Visit project sites to understand lighting requirements.
- Suggest suitable lighting solutions based on technical and design needs.
