Responsibilities & Context:
This position will be based on Doreen Hotels & Resorts ltd and will be responsible for the Doreen Tower in Gulshan.
Design & Development:
- Lead the design and development of architectural concepts, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulations, and sustainability goals.
- Project Leadership: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budgets.
- Manage project teams and collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and present design concepts. Ensure the architectural solutions align with client expectations and objectives.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams, fostering professional growth and developing talent within the team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on design and construction methodologies, including material selection, structural considerations, and environmental performance.
- Quality Control: Review and approve drawings, specifications, and project documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, technologies, and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to the design process.
- Coordination & Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
