We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our interior design firm. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing drawings and layouts, and coordinating with clients, designers, and project teams to ensure functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective solutions. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects from concept development through execution, ensuring compliance with design standards, building codes, and client requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to translate client ideas into practical and innovative interior spaces while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Conduct site visits for supervision of ongoing projects.
• Attend client meetings and provide design solutions aligned with their requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments for project execution.
• Ensure drafting accuracy and documentation of all required drawings.
• Research and source appropriate materials based on project type and budget.
• Oversee the complete design process from concept development to detailed specifications.
• Demonstrate passion for green architecture and sustainable design practices.
• Strong 3D visualization and rendering capabilities.
• Excellent graphical presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
