∎ Strong understanding of modern architecture and interior design trends.
∎ Good knowledge of interior-related materials and construction techniques. Innovative approach to design and development.
∎ Visit construction sites and supervise.
∎ Attend Client Meeting.
∎ 3D Studio Max/SketchUp.
∎ 3D Max, AutoCAD 2D/3D, LUMION, Photoshop, and V-Ray Render.

∎ Develop architectural and interior design concepts, including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
∎ Conduct site visits for supervision of ongoing projects.
∎ Attend client meetings and provide design solutions aligned with their requirements.
∎ Coordinate effectively with other departments for project execution.
∎ Ensure drafting accuracy and documentation of all required drawings.
∎ Research and source appropriate materials based on project type and budget.
∎ Oversee the complete design process from concept development to detailed specifications.
∎ Demonstrate passion for green architecture and sustainable design practices.
∎ Strong 3D visualization and rendering capabilities.
∎ Excellent graphical presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
