Additional Requirements:
Experience: 8 to 10 years’ experience in Edible Oil Refinery, Tech-long Blowing & Filling Machine, HP, LP compressor and Coal Boiler maintenance.
Skills: Capable of performing fabrication work for mechanical equipment, pipelines, tanks, and vessels. Responsible for process line modifications, installation, erection, and commissioning activities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Carry out routine mechanical maintenance work.
Reduce Machine breakdown time and ensure healthy status of machines and equipment.
Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance for major and critical equipment.
Control, monitor, and report inventory status of mechanical items/spares.
Coordinate regular maintenance activities and handle all related documentation.
Adhere general safety, food safety, and environmental safety standards while working.
Possess knowledge of rotary equipment-pumps, mechanical seals, compressors, heat exchangers,
chillers, cooling towers, steam boilers, high-pressure boilers, RO-based WTP systems, and carton-
making machinery.
Supervise and coordinate a small team of in-house maintenance contractors.
Skill in Lathe Machine operation and workshop machineries.
Capable of performing fabrication work for mechanical equipment, pipelines, tanks, and vessels.
Responsible for process line modifications, installation, erection, and commissioning activities.
Understand project work with emphasis on execution.
Ensure that the assigned project is progressing as per established standards.
Ensure that assigned projects are completed on time and within the budget.
Assess project requirements.
