Knowledge on AC/DC Motor, AC/DC Drive, PLC, Instrumentation Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
Training on PLC & Automation, Experience in Overhead Crane Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
Hardworking, Honest & Punctual.
Ability to work under pressure.
Able to work in a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
- To co-ordinate operation & maintenance work with shift concerned personal.
- To provide technical guidance to the subordinate personnel to solve instantaneous problem in running condition of the mill with minimum breakdown
- To entry & mid level diagnoses, troubleshooting malfunction & modification in Automation system including PLC & Drives.
- To take corrective action regarding any malfunction in Electrical and Automation system & components
- To follow up the daily checklist and monitoring of the electrical system in running condition and acknowledge any non-conformity to reporting concern
- To provide technical guidance to the subordinate personnel regarding the maintenance of Electrical & Automation system according to preventive maintenance schedule.
- To follow up & maintain the record of preventive & corrective maintenance of Electrical & Automation system.
- To maintain the technical documentation as per departmental requirement.
- To monitor the consumption records of electrical spares and acknowledge the spare requisition to reporting concern
- To ensure safety in preventive & corrective maintenance of Electrical & Automation system
- Any job which will be assigned for department requirement under supervision of higher responsible
