• Age At most 50 years

• Retired defense personnel (like Major/ Lt. Commander/  Squadron Leader) will be given preference.

• The applicant must have minimum 2-3 years' experience in private sector with relevant field after retirement from defense service.

• Must be a team leader with good leadership skills, especially on analytical abilities and decision making.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Well conversant with Computer literacy.

• Develop, Maintain & Ensure Company Security System/ SOP.

• Identify probable Security threat & risk in each establishment to safe life and assets.

• Assess security personnel requirement for factories/ sites/ premises in considering local threat and risk.

• To cooperate Security personnel recruitment as per company policy.

• Provide required regular training & counseling to security personnel and take necessary initiative to improve their quality security services.

• Liaison with local Govt. official/ Stakeholders/ law enforcement authorities/ related personnel to resolve problem as and when required.

• Review and Monitor performance of security personnel and reward them as per company policy.

• Maintain regular visit to factories, Sites, premises and delivery point to ensure smooth operation of security system.

• Ensure logistics support of security personnel to continue quality security system.

• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.

• Any other job assigned by the management for the benefit of the company.
