Additional Requirements:
- Age 26 to 30 years
Knowledge on AC/DC motor, AC/DC Drive, PLC, Instumentation Operation, Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
Training on PLC & Automation, Experience in Overhead Crane Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
Hardworking, Honest & Punctual.
Ability to work under pressure.
Able to work in a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
- To follow the shift schedule as well as maintenance schedule.
- To diagnose & troubleshoot instantaneous problem in running condition of the mill with minimum breakdown
- To entry level diagnoses & troubleshooting malfunction in Automation system including PLC & Drives.
- To take corrective action regarding any malfunction in Electrical and Automation system & components
- To supervise the monitoring of the electrical system in running condition & maintain daily checklist during shift and acknowledge any non-conformity to reporting concern
- To supervise the maintenance of Electrical & Automation system according to maintenance schedule during shift.
- To maintain the record of preventive & corrective maintenance of Electrical & Automation system during shift.
- To maintain the records of consumption of electrical spares during shift.
- To ensure safety in preventive & corrective maintenance of Electrical & Automation system during shift.
- Any job which will be assigned for department requirement under supervision of higher responsible
