Diploma in Chemical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

• Experience: Proven experience of around 5 to 7 years in operating an edible oil refinery plant.

• Skills: Hands-on experience in soap splitting plant operations. Strong knowledge of process equipment, control systems, and operational parameters. Knowledge of ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), ISO 45001:2018 (Safety) is an added advantage.

• Independently operate and manage the edible oil refining plant to ensure optimum performance and production efficiency.

• Operate and monitor the soap splitting plant and ensure proper process control.

• Monitor and maintain all process parameters, control equipment, and instrumentation to ensure consistent product quality.

• Possess strong knowledge of various oil types, oil quality standards, yield optimization, and minimizing process losses.

• Ensure proper preventive and breakdown maintenance of refinery equipment in coordination with the maintenance team.

• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational records as required by company standards and regulatory bodies.

• Follow safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Ensure compliance with relevant food safety standards and quality protocols.

• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.

• Adhere to and support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
