Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and contribute to the development of new paint products, formulations, and technologies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products.
∎ Implement quality control measures to ensure the consistency and reliability of existing and new products.
∎ Conduct rigorous testing and analysis to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and market demands.
∎ Conduct research to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
∎ Continuously evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Work closely with production teams to implement process improvements.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to scale up successful formulations.
∎ Provide technical support to marketing teams for product positioning and promotion.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation of research processes, findings, and outcomes.
∎ Prepare regular reports on R&D activities for management review.
