Skills:

• Strong knowledge of polymer chemistry.

• Proficiency in pigment dispersion, color matching, and coating formulation.

• Ability to conduct performance testing (adhesion, hardness, impact resistance, gloss, durability).

• Problem-solving and analytical skills in powder coating production.

• Knowledge of quality control systems and standards.

• Competence in technical documentation and lab reporting.

• Good communication and teamwork ability.

Areas of Expertise:

• Powder coating formulation and product development.

• Raw material evaluation (resins, pigments, additives).

• Application methods.

• Surface preparation and coating performance testing.

• Troubleshooting in production and customer application issues.

• Compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate powder coating products in line with company standards.

• Conduct laboratory testing, color matching, and performance evaluation of powder coatings.

• Ensure product quality through raw material analysis and finished goods testing.

• Support production by solving technical issues related to powder coating processes.

• Maintain proper documentation, compliance, and continuous product improvement.
