Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Monitor manufacturing process of lube oil and grease blending plant with proper formulation.
∎ 2. Maintain the quality (Kinematic viscosity, Color, Viscosity index, Flash point, pour point, Density, Copper strip corrosion, Foaming stability, Carbon residue, Oxidation stability, Demulsibility, Sulfated Ash, Water content, Air release, Aniline point, Evaporation loss, TAN and TBN) of lubricants and greases using ASTM method.
∎ 3. Conduct testing of Lube Oil, Grease, Transformer Oil, Used Oil and Raw Material samples.
∎ 4. Analyze test data and prepare final report for approval.
∎ 5. Perform documentation and lab record management.
∎ 6. Waste chemicals & lube oil management.
∎ 7. Responsible for monthly inventory of laboratory stationary, retain samples and batch samples etc.
∎ 8. Tracking of used oil & customer complaints.
∎ 9. Sampling of Lube Oil & Monitoring sample log book.
∎ 10. Handling shutdown activities like Tanks and reactor cleaning, erection of lines, Vessel entry erection of equipment etc.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
