Proficiency in liquid paint formulation (decorative, industrial, protective coatings).
Ability to perform lab tests.
Quality control and product development skills.
Strong problem-solving and innovation in product development/ customer service.
Documentation, product data sheet preparation, and compliance management.
Areas of Expertise:
Formulation of water-based and solvent-based liquid paints.
Raw material testing and selection (resins, pigments, solvents, additives).
Process optimization for production of liquid paints.
Technical support for production and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and formulate different types of liquid paints (decorative, industrial, and protective coatings).
Conduct laboratory tests for product performance, durability, and quality consistency.
Ensure raw material inspection, in-process control, and final product quality.
Provide technical support to the production team in problem-solving and process improvements.
Maintain proper documentation, product data sheets, and compliance with regulatory standards.
