Skills:

• Strong foundation in organic/inorganic chemistry, resins, and solvent systems.

• Proficiency in liquid paint formulation (decorative, industrial, protective coatings).

• Ability to perform lab tests.

• Quality control and product development skills.

• Strong problem-solving and innovation in product development/ customer service.

• Documentation, product data sheet preparation, and compliance management.

Areas of Expertise:

• Formulation of water-based and solvent-based liquid paints.

• Raw material testing and selection (resins, pigments, solvents, additives).

• Process optimization for production of liquid paints.

• Technical support for production and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate different types of liquid paints (decorative, industrial, and protective coatings).

• Conduct laboratory tests for product performance, durability, and quality consistency.

• Ensure raw material inspection, in-process control, and final product quality.

• Provide technical support to the production team in problem-solving and process improvements.

• Maintain proper documentation, product data sheets, and compliance with regulatory standards.
