∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc from any reputed university (Chemical engineers will be given priority)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Chemical store, Chemical Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all receivable & issue document properly stock materials according to a prescribed inventory system
∎ Must have knowledge about Compatibility chart, Chemical Spill Kits, GHS labeling, Hazard signage.
∎ Must have knowledge about Chemical Purchase and software knowledge for proper inventory.
∎ Must have knowledge about Chemical handling policy/SOP.
∎ Follow up material inbound & outbound.
∎ Check materials inventory report & inform to concern department head.
∎ Follow up Work Order & in-house properly.
∎ Follow up fabrics panel Input to output status & Monitoring Proper delivery schedule.
∎ Check raw materials availability as per production plan.
∎ Follow up material distribution as per consumption.
∎ Follow up printed goods delivery.
∎ Making monthly requisition for required items & service.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according FIFO & LIFO.
∎ Follow up Chemical MSDS & displayed accessible in the storage areas.
∎ Availability of PPEs ensured while handling chemicals.
∎ Making buyer related document & CIL.
∎ Follow up BIN Card in CS.
∎ Follow up to keep the warehouse neat & clean and well organize (as per compliance).
∎ Ensure Chemical Storing secondary containment & in pallet.
∎ Follow-up Hazard & non-Hazard chemicals segregated and stored separately.
∎ Follow up Store & employee safety facility (as per compliance).
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Follow up daily Receive & delivery report & inform to department head.
∎ Follow up Stock Register & Consumption report.
∎ Keep accurate physical inventory Monthly & Yearly.
∎ Coordinate with PPC, Merchandiser, Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, F & A, Audit department & necessary departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience minimum 10 years in Garments Chemical Store.
∎ Should have at least 03 years’ experience in the same position.
∎ Working experience with all type Textile Chemical.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on testing.
∎ Only Males are allowed apply.
